JOB PURPOSE:The Locker Attendant serves as the frontline service of the Club to its members, spouse, dependents, and guests. He/she is responsible for keeping the designated locker rooms and its complimentary facilities clean, stocked and fresh at all times. He/she is also responsible in tending to the needs of the locker users.

c. Establishes good rapport with the Club members, dependents, spouse and their guests

e. Promotes a healthy interdepartmental and intradepartmental relations;
f. Provides accurate and timely delivery of service and enforces department & Club policies and procedures in all matter pertaining to the care of locker facilities; and
g. Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by the immediate superior.
- SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIED AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 2.1. CUSTOMER SERVICE - LOCKER ROOM
a. Receives and welcomes warmly the locker users and ensures validity of MPC Card through POS system prior to start of service;
b. Issues lockers, keys, towels and other supplies to member and guests as needed;
c. Ensures proper safekeeping of locker keys and all valuables deposited by the locker user;
d. Records and turnover to the OGM/Security lost and found items inside the locker room;
e. Coordinates with supervisors and sports coordinators to address Member's concerns;
t. Attends to Member's inquiries by providing complete and accurate information; and
g. Handles and resolves complaints by applying the departments procedure on complaint handling.
- 2. SAFETY AND FACILITY UPKEEP
a. Identifies possible safety hazards by conducting and recording daily inspection of the locker facility and its equipment;
b. Regularly updates the Sports & Athletics Management about the status of the locker facility which may includes repairs, maintenance and general upkeep;
c. Ensure the safety of the facility users prior to the start of the operation hours; and
d. Reports accidents, inquiries, and unsafe work conditions to Sports and Athletics Management.
- 2.3. AMENITIES AND SUPPLIES CUSTODIAN
a. Conducts daily inventory of towels and ensures that the soiled ones are properly
endorced to the Housekeeping Department for laundry;
b. Inspects and Receives towels from the Housekeeping Department;
c. Ensures completeness and availability of amenities and supplies fnsfde the Jocker
room through par stocking;
d. Performs daily monitoring and inventory of tocker rosrn arnenities and supplies; and
e. Prepares and handles monthly requisition of locker room amenities and supplies.
- 2.4. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
a. Follows and enforces work procedures to ensure maximum efficiency;
b. Handles locker rental and cancellation of Club members and their dependents;
c. Records completely and accurately the daily locker usage;
d. Prepares Chits and ensures it refrects correct billfng charges
e. Generates POS reports and consolidates all Chits in the assigned area;
f. Ensures that the consolidated Chits are cornplete, acc$rate and submitted daily; and
g. Prepares and submits incident reports to the Sports and Athletics Management for possible violation of the Club's rules and regulation.
At least high school graduate or its equivalent.- No minimum work experience required.
Must be trustworthy
- Must be physically fit, and can perform the minimum physical work of the Job. r Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule, weekend, and/or holidays, if necessary.
Must be computer literate.- Must have certifications in First Aid and CPR.
