Loans Supervisor

Loans Supervisor is under the _general_ supervision of the Branch Operations Officer and is directly responsible in the effective and efficient planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the accomplishment of the following key result areas :

a. KRA 1 Loans Unit Operating Efficiency

b. KRA 2 Loans Process Efficiency

c. KRA 3 Financial Risk Mgt.

d. KRA 4 Member Relations Mgt.

e. KRA 5 Regulatory Compliance

f. KRA 6 Business Planning

g. KRA 7 Policy Review and Recommendations

h. KRA 8 Submission of Management Reports to Branch Operations Officer and Records/Data Base Management (completeness, reliability, security of loans records/data base)

i. KRA 9 Employee Development and Discipline - All Loans Staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24,
