Job Summary:- The position will be responsible in preparation, assessment and evaluation of applicant's qualifications for housing loan applications.
Receiving and keeping housing loan requirements and documents of the clients
- Preparation of borrower's Loan Evaluation Sheet and the corresponding Loan Disclosure Statement to determine the qualification/capacity to pay of the borrower to apply for a housing loan with Pag-IBIG Fund.
Monitor and provide a status report of the assigned accounts.
