Reviews and processes loan applications through the company's physical channels (booth/branches located in Malls) ensuring the completeness of all requirements.- Conducts screening and interview of all prospective clients, ensuring proper documentation of the important details of the interaction/conversation.
Maintains a good relationship between the company and its clients.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's degree holder, any course
- Possesses above average communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, and customer service skills.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.- Computer Literate (MS Office)
Amenable to work on Weekends/Holidays and shifting schedules (mall hours).
