Job Description

The role of a Loan Processor is to assist with the administrative tasks that sit between these processes and the ongoing tasks involved in maintaining a long client relationship over the years.

Primary Job Functions Loan Processor

All items are at the instruction/direction of your franchisee
  • Make updates to core loan processing systems Broker Platform, AOL, Simpology etc to ensure loan processing progress, accuracy and maintenance of data.
Make updates to CRM - Hubspot
  • Communicating directly with the client (phone & email)
Update client every 2 days (minimum) on progress
  • Deal directly with lender (portal, phone & email) to provide any required documents, answer any questions, follow up on progress, check rates, clarify eligibility
Refer any credit critical issues directly to Mortgage Choice Franchisee/Manager
  • Keep Mortgage Choice Franchisee/Manager updated on all activity
Coordinate with other stakeholders as required (solicitors, conveyancers, real estate agents, other lenders etc.)
  • Prepare documents for client
Save and add documentation to appropriate Mortgage Choice System (Google Drive, Vault etc) as per compliance standards
  • Be responsive and available to discuss work with Mortgage Choice Manager/Franchisee/workflow management tickets during working hours
Communicate any challenges that may impact meeting of SLAs or client outcomes
  • Other activities as directed by Mortgage Choice Manager/Franchisee
Ensuring that applications are sent with complete documentation
  • Prohibited Activities
- Providing any financial advice to clients
- Performing end to end analysis of the client situation or lender solution. Can only be done under instruction from broker.
  • Skills Required
Attention to detail
  • Understanding of secure data handling protocols with Personal Data
Communication very strong English language skills (written & verbal)
  • Customer service experience and focus
Experience in Australian mortgage processes and credit
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, calendar, google drive, PDF tools etc.
Strong IT competency to learn use of new systems
  • Ability to follow complex loan structures and processes
Ability to identify and suggest improvements in processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,
  • 00 - Php70,000.00 per month
