Qualifications/ Prior Experience- At least 2 years AU experience - loan processing from submission to settlement
Bachelor or Diploma in finance, administration, or business- 2 years previous experience in a similar role with a lender, credit provider, or broker
Loan processing from submission to settlement.
- Experienced with doing everything on the back end of loan processing including all administrative works and reports management.
Can perform data entry using CRM.- Should be highly organized and can work with minimal supervision -can work/ manage pipeline.
Working knowledge of HubSpot or any similar tools/systems is required.
- Knowledge of Google Drive is also an advantage.
Support the mortgage brokers with admin help.
- Follow up borrowers for documentation missing from their application.
Follow up lenders on loan application progress.- Compile loan application files so they are ready for checking & submission.Email and online chat with both customers & lender partner
Deliver a great customer service experience to our customers.
- Conduct professional and competent communications with our lender partners.
Review client documents and alert broker of findings.- Ensure we are following business compliance standards.
