Responsibilities:-Provide Seamless customer service to clients inquiring about their loan application and status.
-Attend and respond to inquiries and submission of documents made by clients online.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course.
- Work experience in finance/banking or insurance industry is an advantage but not required.
Must have excellent communication skills, and ability to express himself in a clear manner- Proven experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
Willing to work in Pedro Gil Malate and can start ASAP.
