This role serves as the crucial link between loan approval and loan conversion, overseeing the seamless execution of contract signing and vehicle release processes while strictly adhering to credit and regulatory standards. Our Loan Fulfillment Officers are instrumental in upholding high levels of customer satisfaction, optimizing internal procedures, and playing a pivotal role in driving the overall success of our lending operations.
Coordinate the contract signing process to facilitate the smooth transition from loan approval to loan fulfillment.
- Facilitate vehicle loan handovers, ensuring compliance with credit advice requirements and transfer of ownership documents.
Collect and review various documents as required in the credit advice process during the loan fulfillment process.- Verify cheque details as per the financier requirements and approved amortization schedule.
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards throughout the loan fulfillment process.
- Communicate effectively with end borrowers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan transactions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and collections, to streamline loan processes and improve efficiency.- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions, cheque details, and correspondence for auditing and reporting purposes.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to suggest improvements and enhancements to loan fulfillment procedures.
Previous experience in loan processing or financial operations is required.
