Loan and Mortgage Support - (Hybrid - Ortigas)

UpraisIT is Looking for Loan and Mortgage Support (Full time)

• Rate: Php 25,000/monthly salary

Location: Ortigas (Hybrid set up)

Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday (Weekends OFF, Earlyshift, ONSITE)Work Schedule: 4:00am to 1:00pm

• Reports to: Director of the Company

• ROLE OVERVIEW:

An Loan and Mortgage Support is in charge of gathering the necessary paperwork and documentation required for someone to apply for a loan. Their role is to make sure that loan applications are free of mistakes and include all of the essential information Underwriters need to perform a risk assessment and a background check, preventing errors from increasing turnaround time.

Inbound and outbound client calls to clients Attend client meetings - virtual

• Ensure the client is supported throughout the entire customer journey of the home loan process.

This is CRUCIAL- Maintain and update all client records/notes ensuring all conversations with the clients are recorded.

In charge of preparing loan files and submitting them to banks or mortgage lenders for approval. Ensure that all documents and signatures are in order prior to submission

• Gathering information for the loan application and Evaluating credit histories for applications

Collecting data from clients such as their assets, salaries, debts and employment status to fill in information for the loan application

• Researching and correcting mistakes in applications for clients

Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information

• Meeting loan application deadlines

Assisting Loan Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications

• JOB REQUIREMENTS

College Graduates or Undergraduates of Finance related course or related

• Preferably with related Experience with mortgage loan software programs

With AU or NZ Loan & Mortgage experience for minimum of 2 years above is REQUIRED.

• Good Verbal and written communication

Preferably with knowledge of the basics of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation.

• Good understanding of banking computer software and MS Office.

Good interpersonal, customer service skills and Time-management and organization skills

• Ability to work with strict deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
