As a Loan Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting loan processing and ensuring smooth client interactions within the mortgage ecosystem. Your day-to-day tasks will include updating core loan processing systems and CRM platforms, coordinating with clients and lenders, preparing essential documentation, and working closely with franchise management to ensure compliance and seamless operations.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri, 08:00 PM - 05:00 AM (Fixed weekends off)

Work Setup: Hybrid (Makati/Ortigas/Quezon City)

Your Role in Navigating Financial Success

  • Update core loan processing systems (Broker Platform, AOL, Simpology) to track loan progress, ensure data accuracy, and maintain information integrity.
  • Update CRM (Hubspot) with relevant client and loan information.
  • Communicate directly with clients via phone and email.
  • Provide clients with progress updates at least every two days.
  • Interact with lenders (portal, phone, and email) to submit required documents, answer questions, follow up on progress, check rates, and clarify eligibility.
  • Escalate credit-critical issues to the Mortgage Choice Franchisee/Manager as needed.
  • Keep the Mortgage Choice Franchisee/Manager informed of all activity.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders (solicitors, conveyancers, real estate agents, other lenders) as necessary.
  • Prepare documents for clients and ensure timely delivery.
  • Save and organize documentation in the appropriate Mortgage Choice system (Google Drive, Vault, etc.) following compliance standards.
  • Be available and responsive to discuss tasks with the Mortgage Choice Manager/Franchisee and address workflow management tickets during working hours.
  • Communicate any challenges that may impact SLAs or client outcomes.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Mortgage Choice Manager/Franchisee.
  • Ensure applications are submitted with complete documentation.

Requirements

Your Skills to Drive Mortgage Success

  • Keen attention to detail and secure data handling practices.
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with Australian mortgage processes.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, PDF tools, and IT systems.
  • Strong IT proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Aptitude for identifying and suggesting process improvements.
