Responsibilities:- Disclose loans in lender portals, including entering fees and other information as required.
Post disclosure activity including loan submission in relevant lender portals.- Order appraisals through relevant systems.
Additional office administration tasks as directed by the management team.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the US mortgage industry.
- Proven strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Highly desirable: Knowledge of systems used by lenders such as United Wholesale Mortgage, Homebridge Financial, PennyMac, and Plaza Home Mortgage.
Highly desirable: Familiarity with appraisal systems such as All Pro Appraisal Management, Fastapp, and Nadlan Valuation.- Highly desirable: Previous experience working in the mortgage broker industry.
