  • Job Summary:

The Coordinator acts as the receiving and coordinating clerk. He/she is the front liner who comes in first contact with the client. He/she is expected to entertain clients with a warm smile. He/she is responsible in treating clients with courtesy and fairness.

  • Welcoming and Assisting Clients: The Coordinators warmly greet and welcome clients, offering assistance from the moment they enter the office. By providing a friendly atmosphere, they set the tone for positive interactions and build rapport with clients.

  • Processing Paper Works and Client Information: The Coordinators efficiently process paper works, ensuring that client information is accurately recorded and updated in the system.

  • Managing Materials and Maintaining Records: The coordinators manage the submission of these materials and ensure proper documentation. The coordinators are responsible for maintaining these records meticulously, which helps in providing better service and addressing client inquiries effectively.

  • Conducting Journal Entries and Adjustments: As part of record management, journal entries may need adjustments from time to time. The coordinators conduct these adjustments accurately, ensuring that records reflect the most up- to-date information.

  • Performing Additional Duties: Coordinators are flexible and ready to assist with any additional tasks. This proactive approach demonstrates commitment to client satisfaction.

  • Addressing Client Concerns: The coordinators actively address client concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. They strive to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the client, escalating matters to higher authorities if necessary while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
