Job Overview: The Talent Management Operations (Singing and Dancing) supports the recruitment, development, and management of singing and dancing talent. This role involves coordinating auditions, managing talent onboarding, supporting performance evaluations, and organizing training programs.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Organize auditions and interviews for new singing and dancing talent.- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new talents are well-integrated.
Support performance evaluations and provide feedback to talent.- Track and analyze talent performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Assist in developing performance improvement plans for underperforming talent.
- Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and masterclasses to enhance talent skills.
- Help talents develop their skills and career paths through personalized development plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all talent in management systems.- Generate reports and provide insights on talent metrics to support strategic decisions.
Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent management, preferably in the performing arts.
Strong organizational and project management skills.- Proficient in talent management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
