We are seeking a dynamic
Livestream Community Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and engage with our community during live broadcasts across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Livestream Operations and Technical Management:
- Operate OBS and manage multi-streaming across platforms, ensuring smooth transitions between cameras, scenes, and media assets
- Oversee technical setup, including audio, video, and product visibility (yellow/orange baskets), while troubleshooting any issues during and after broadcasts and ensuring proper care and maintenance of the equipment and studio
- Community Engagement and Reporting:
- Actively manage audience interactions during live streams and compile comprehensive monthly community management reports
Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with live selling platforms such as TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, etc
- Knowledge of additional streaming platforms like Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Kumu is a plus
- Strong technical skills with experience in live broadcast production
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues in real-time
- Willing to work onsite at our studio in Makati City
