We are seeking a charismatic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Live Streamer and Online Selling Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting engaging and interactive live streams to promote and sell our products or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for online selling. Responsibilities:
- Host live streaming sessions to showcase and promote our products or services via various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, tiktok, Lazada, Shopee).
Engage and interact with the online audience during live streams, answering questions, and providing product demonstrations.- Create entertaining and informative live stream content that captures the attention and interest of viewers.
Drive sales by highlighting key product features, benefits, and limited-time offers during live streams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live stream campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics, such as viewership, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to management.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging live streaming platforms and techniques to optimize our live stream strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and post-live stream follow-up.
- Continuously build and maintain relationships with the online community, fostering loyalty and repeat viewership.
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions and preferences observed during live streams.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a live streamer or online influencer, preferably with a focus on product promotion and sales.
Strong on-camera presence and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with online audiences, while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
Familiarity with various live streaming platforms and their respective features (e.g., YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee).- Adept at multitasking and managing live stream interactions, comments, and questions in real-time.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on driving conversions and revenue through live streams.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to set up and operate live streaming equipment and software.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas for live streams.- Analytical skills to evaluate live stream performance and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
