Live Selling Host

• Provides excellent service experience during livestream sessions to customers to contribute sustainability of customer base and be able to reply in a professional way even to the most demanding and unreasonable customers
• Creates engaging content and have a professional product presentation that aims to establish viewer's engagement and interest in the following, buying and awareness of products, brands and platforms;
• Boost brand awareness through shared experiences of the products during livestream;
• Increases consumer reach to the right target audience of the brand through continuous soft sell promotion on their social media accounts;
• Assists brands to become more focused on optimum development and productivity by the targeting audience;
• Collaborates with the procedure and livestream team regarding scripts, photoshoots and videography;
• Rehearses scripts and product demonstrations in the studio to get used to it;
• Assists the influencer Marketing Specialist to reach out to KOLs and update the External Influencers Databank for Influencer campaign;
• Align with the company's mission, vision, goals and policies in all aspects;
• Other duties and assign by the management.
