Conduct live streaming sessions on various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Lazda,TikTok, company website) to present and demonstrate products.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product information.
Maintain a deep understanding of the products being sold to effectively highlight features, benefits, and usage.- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage viewers to make purchases during the live session.
Prepare for live sessions by organizing products, setting up the streaming environment, and planning the presentation flow.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of live sessions, including viewer engagement and sales conversion rates.
Provide post-sale support by following up with customers, resolving any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align live session content with promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
Minimum of three (3) months of experience as a live seller- Must be presentable, confident, and energetic
Must be open to work three (3) times a week and six (6) hrs a day (includes meetings before the actual live selling)
- Must be open to work onsite in Sugartowne Homes, Filinvest 2 Road, Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
