Job Description As a Live Seller at The Beauty Closet, you will be responsible for engaging customers through live selling sessions, showcasing our products, and driving sales. - Live Selling Sessions:
- Host live selling sessions on digital platforms to demonstrate and promote beauty products.
Engage viewers through interactive and informative presentations, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Answer customer questions promptly and provide personalized recommendations.
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets during live selling events.- Utilize persuasive selling techniques and promotional offers to encourage immediate purchases.
Monitor viewer engagement and sales metrics to optimize strategies and maximize conversion rates.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Maintain a deep understanding of The Beauty Closet's product line, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
Present products in an engaging and compelling manner, emphasizing unique selling points and customer benefits.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare content and visuals for live sessions.
- Customer Interaction and Support:
- Build rapport with customers through effective communication and customer service skills.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with customers post-session to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a live seller, sales representative, or in a customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Skills and Competence:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a charismatic presence on camera.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare routines, and cosmetics trends.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital platforms for live streaming (e.g., Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok Live).
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.
