Job Description- Actively promote and demonstrate our products to customers in an online retail setting ensuring compliance with platform rules and regulations.
Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate this information to customers.
Actively work to increase sales by encouraging customers to make purchases and providing special offers or discounts when applicable.
- Gather and report customer feedback, including their preferences and concerns, to improve our products and customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or product promotion is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-oriented.
Ability to speak for extended periods.
Flexibility to work on weekends and night shifts if required.
