Job Description
Conduct livestreaming of products;
Host live sales events on a regular basis, engaging viewers and promoting our products;
Demonstrate products and answer viewer questions during the live stream;
Manage customer inquiries and process orders and payments;
Track inventory and update stock levels as needed;
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement promotions and discounts;
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with viewers.
