SUMMARY:Responsible for monitoring and performing all legal affairs activities within his/her assigned area of expertise. The main responsibility is to file cases, attend hearings and present in the court on behalf of the company
- With at least 5 year related experience.
- Experience in the specific industry to which the employer belongs.
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- J.D. qualified to practice law
- At least 5 years of legal work experience
- Specialized at criminal law
- Law firm experience as well as company working experience is a must
- With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all phases of the litigation
- Attend all types of hearings as may be required by the Company
- Responsible for initial case investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, etc.
- Provide legal support to the various internal departments
- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
- Taking pre-emptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts
- Handle labor, criminal, and admin cases
