PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (_
Job description)_
- Oversee the effective and efficient delivery of service of the legal department
Represents the Company during trials pending before the Court of Justice, Government Agencies, and other instrumentalities.- Directly represents the legal department before the Management Committee, relaying all legal concerns and issues of the company that require the said committee's decision.
Conduct legal review and draft contracts and other legal documents.
- Provide legal opinion/advice in the protection of company's interests.
Assist the HR Department in assuring compliances with the rules and regulations of the DOLE.- Liaise with external counsels in handling cases.
Supervise and assist the paralegals in any task assigned to them by the management.
- Monitor cases and provide recommendations for the next course of action.
Draft internal and external legal and/or non-legal-related correspondence.- Perform all other legal-related task as may be required by the management.
