Job Description

Job Title: Liquidity Lead

The client is a reputable Financial Institution

Job Summary

As the Liquidity Lead, you'll manage the bank's cash flow, and ensure enough liquidity, and mitigate financial risks. You'll create strategies, oversee treasury operations, and keep financial regulations/compliance. Plus, you'll be the point person in relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Management

Handle daily cash management and cash flow forecasting.
Lead treasury operations and controls.
Find new funding sources and secure bank loans.
Set and guide department goals and strategies.
Manage debt and interest rate risks.

Liquidity Management

Evaluate fixed-income instruments and derivatives.
Oversee non-fixed income risks and investments.
Monitor liquidity risks for funding and lending activities.
Document liquidity risk processes.
Prepare and present regular liquidity reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. MBA or CFA is an advantage
At least 8 years in banking, treasury, or financial institutions.
Strong expertise in Cash Flow Management, Liquidity, Trading, and Investment.
