Job Description:- Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock levels and notify Chef of any shortages
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably with expertise in Cafe or Japanese/Korean cuisine
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
