Ensure all items are covered and placed in clean trays or standard containers to guarantee food safety and sanitation
- Observe proper usage of the recipe tickler according to the company policy
Maintains par stock of production items in reference to the thawing guide- Set up his workstation, prepare stocks and kitchen equipment needed for operation.
Perform other related duties from time to time
- Conforms to the proper uniform, grooming and attire at all time
