Job Qualification:- Open for Associate Degree, College Undergraduate, or a culinary degree holder; or any related certification in a related field;
Preferably with previous experience as a Line Cook, or in a similar role, or on-the-job training experience;- Must have basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment;
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment;
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
Amenable to work in Makati or Taguig
Responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes and specifications;- Ensures that all dishes are prepared efficiently and meet quality standards.
Prepares ingredients, operates kitchen equipment, cooks on various stations, plating dishes, and maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborates with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and assists in inventory management.
