Be proficient in cake making.
Responsible/ in charge of the pastry program in its entirety, Pastry includes all baked items, dessert, breakfast, and brunch
Display and set baked products on mobile carts according to specifications.
Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely, organized, and efficient way
Develop new products for a-la-carte and catering menus, as needed
Ability to learn, understand and to execute daily recipes and menus.
Preparing desserts, pastries, and other related items;
Read food tickets and prepare food following company and sanitary standards.
