Job Description:
Assist Head Cook to prep meals and ingredients
Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
Prepare and assemble components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
Follow food safety and regulation protocol
Requirements :
HRM graduate /Vocational NCII/ Highschool Graduate or any related course
Willing to be assign in Manila or Pasig
Willing to work immediately
Can work under pressure
with 1-3 year experience in hot and cold kitchen
Open for feedback and learning
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
