Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing kitchen station before the start of meal service.
Store remaining food items/ ingredients in the chiller or freezer, labeling them properly.- Coordinate with kitchen helper on stocks that need to be thawed for the next day.
Record all spoilage and submit to the supervisor on duty.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience as line cook.
