At least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Services
- _Minimum of 1-year cooking experience in the industry_
Must have extensive background working in kitchen cooking Chinese food
- Must have knowledge of Chinese spices and cooking tools/methods (experience as Wok preferred)
Must be willing to be assigned in
Cornerhouse, San Juan City. Cooks and prepares dishes as needed by the restaurant operations
- Approves and polishes dishes before they reach the customer
Controls and directs the food preparation process- Manages and works closely with other Chefs of all levels
Determines food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
- Ensures the kitchen meets all regulations including SOPs, sanitary and food safety guidelines
