LINECOOKQualifications:
- Female or Male
- Preferably a Graduate of culinary course or at least completed 2 years, or its equivalent
-At least Six (6) Months to one-year actual work experience/ practicum in the hot and /cold kitchen.
-Preferably has experience in Mexican dishes like tacos, burritos and quesadillas or International Cuisine.
-Understands and utilized food safety guidelines.
-Willing to work on extended hours and/or shifting assignments.
-Highly organized, systematic, flexible and can work under pressure
-Knowledgeable on inventory and tracking methods
-Is healthy and free of Illnesses
-Must enjoy working with the being part of a family-team that practices unity and camaraderie
-Must practice the value of Humility, Simplicity and diligence
-Must have the desire to build a steady a long-term career, as well as the ambition to be promoted to higher positions.
-Sets up mis-en-place station for the various meal periods according to performance standard
