The kitchen personnel are responsible in the overall operations of the kitchen which include food & beverage, preparation and dispatching. The role, at a minimum, includes the following
- Washing, chopping, shredding, grating ingredients
Cooking in accordance with the issued menu
- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety policies- Reviewing and finalizing food quality, presentation and temperature, packaging and utensils before dispatching
Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the Kitchen Head
- Other tasks incidental to the job
- At least one year of experience in kitchen operations
Open to work in a 24x7x365 working environment; 6-day workweek, shifting
