QUALIFICATIONS- College Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 experience in restaurant industry preferred- Certificate in culinary arts or related field preferred.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently.
Willing to work onsite at Manifesto Salcedo - Ground Floor, 148 Valero St., Salcedo Village, Makati City.
Ensuring the preparation station and the kitchen set up and stocked.- Preparing components of each dish on the menu in a high quality and a timely manner.
Cooking menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
- Use and maintain all equipment in the station.
Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and sanitary measures
