JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Directs food preparation, cook meals and collaborate with Head Chef.
- Helps in the design of food and drink menu.
- Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
- Keep stations clean and complies with food and safety standards.
- Monitors and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Perform administrative tasks specially food costing, taking stocks of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
- Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
- Training kitchen staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS HRM / HRS, Vocational short course / trainings are welcome to apply. Graduate of Culinary is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in modern dining (preferably in a Hotel setting)
- Knowledgeable of various cooking methods, ingredients and procedures.
- Work Location Makati City
