- Your Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to provide financial services.
- Make and take calls with expertise.
Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports.
Must have completed at least two years of tertiary education.- You need at least three months of call center experience.
Good communication and listening skills. And you should be able to provide relevant answers with confidence.
