Lifecycle Marketing Virtual Assistant (Email, SMS, Chatbots) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns that engage our audience and achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage visually appealing email templates using our email platform's drag-and-drop editor.
- Set up and optimize automated email flows, campaigns, and track links.
- Monitor and manage the company's email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding emails to relevant teams.
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights based on email performance data.
- Create and submit support tickets when needed.
Content and Design
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and brand-aligned email content.
- Ensure all email content is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Optimize email design for optimal viewing on both mobile and desktop devices, including dark mode compatibility.
Administration
- Manage and maintain the company's customer database and other spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
- Attend client meetings, take comprehensive notes, and effectively communicate key information to other team members.
- Utilize project management software like ClickUp to stay organized and on track.
Requirements:
- Marketing background: A degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in building drag-and-drop email templates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Slack, ClickUp, or Intercom (or similar alternatives).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to proofread emails and ensure flawless content.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to thrive in a virtual team environment.
- Strong English proficiency (C2 level or higher).
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and a personal laptop.
