The Life Cycle Information (LCI) is critical for Altera Engineering as it ensures all project documentation and information related to the asset are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle. Proper LCI management maintains compliance with industry standards, reduces operational risks, improves maintenance efficiency, and ensures the integrity of asset information, resulting in enhanced safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in both current and future operations.
- Support LCI-controlled work processes and activities to ensure timely delivery with the right quality advocating Altera's LCI Philosophy and requirements.
Support project personnel in activities related to LCI- Support information owners to improve the quality of existing LCI
Drive initiatives to improve the quality of existing LCI data, collaborating with information owners.
- Identify, recommend, and oversee updates to LCI systems.
Ensure effective communication of both Altera LCI and project-specific LCI requirements to all relevant parties, including supply chain, contractors, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers.- Provide support in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Master Tag register in Data Engineering system
Oversee the correct tagging and timely input of data into the Data Engineering system including data relevant to offshore facilities.
- Communicate LCI requirements and best practices to internal stakeholders and provide guidance.
Support and guide discipline leads in planning and organizing the timely delivery of as-built documentation.
Graduate of Engineering in any discipline- Minimum 5 years experience with LCI management
Good understanding of LCI-related processes, requirements, and systems
- Multidiscipline understanding
Focused on collaboration and sharing of experience with a range of teams, disciplines, and strategic partners- Flexible and adapting to handle changing priorities and new tasks

- Extensive experience with LCI and data engineering systems (PIMS, Aveva AIM)
Extensive experience and understanding of LCI information/data, use and needs- Experience with dataflows and databases
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and knowledge in Power BI is an advantage.
