Job Qualifications: - Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder in Psychology, Finance, Business Administration, or any related courses.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience related to the position.
Has experience in conducting assessments or psychological tests
Must have experience in
Business Unit reporting, Root Cause Analysis, and File Management. - Experience in Process Knowledge and Insurance background is an advantage.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the exam administration of the agents, submit requirements to IC/IIAP, coordinate with IC, Distributor, Recruitment of the Channels, and Finance, and ensure that the agent's requirements and records are complete by reviewing and maintaining records, compiling information and submits forms to IC in order to keep agents licensed up to tagging in the system and providing the agents their code to sell the products.- The role requires heavy coordination with other corporate licensing departments to ensure timely and efficient license acquisition, cancellation and renewal. Being a Licensing Specialist ensures compliance with organization policies and government regulations. Additionally, LS works independently within established procedures associated with the job function. This role is also responsible for conducting Root Cause Analysis of complaints, as endorsed by the different units/channel that manage distributors.
Regular checking of IC application of distributor applicants
- Learn and understand major licensing procedures: Coding, License Renewal, Reinstatement, Agency Movement Request (AMR), Movement of Business (MOB), Transfer of Business (TOB), Resignation and Clearance.
Consolidate reported and escalated errors from clients and distributors, and profile and coordinate with the BU and other departments to resolve and put in place appropriate controls; monitor action plans and timelines- Participate in distributor engagement programs to understand needs and expectations
Ensure SLAs are established with assigned BUs
- Regularly coordinate with other departments on changes in guidelines or regulations
Manage relationships and agreements with distributors and channel
