- LICENSING AND CREDENTIALING LEAD

We are looking for a _Licensing and Credentialing Lead _to be part of our team.
He/She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Team and/or Line of Business assigned to.
Supervise the licensing and credentialing team, providing training, quality monitoring, and performance evaluations.- Collaborate with the Medical staff services leadership team and Service Delivery lead to ensure completion of tasks in a timely manner.
- Credentialing Process Management:
Manage the credentialing and re-credentialing process for all healthcare providers.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Maintain an up-to-date database of all provider credentials and licensures information.
- Conduct primary source verification of licenses, certifications, education, and work history.
Maintain effective communication with healthcare providers regarding their credentialing status and requirements.
- Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to state, federal, and organizational regulations regarding licensing and credentialing.- Prepare and present regular reports on licensing and credentialing status and compliance issues to senior management.
Address any credentialing-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in credentialing.
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures accordingly.
Participate in professional development opportunities to remain current in the field of credentialing and licensing.- Organizes and executes special projects and other duties as assigned by Company Licensing & Credentialing Manager.
At least three ( 3 ) years of work experience in the licensing and credentialing Industry, two (2) years of which in supervisory capacity preferably healthcare account.- Displays excellent verbal and written English language skills, with strong business writing skills.
Displays ability to collaborate with employees across all levels and use different communication styles.
- Displays ability to use the computer using the Windows environment, including MS office applications, electronic mail, internet etc.
Amenable to work on a nightshift schedule.- Willing to work on site in Tower 1 Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas, Pasig.

Pay: Php65,- 00 per month
