This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychologist at MantraCare in Philippines. The Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling, and offering medical guidance to enhance employee wellbeing. The role involves developing personalized wellness programs, supporting stress management, and ensuring work-life balance for employees.

• Psychology and Counseling skills
• Experience in Medicine and Mental Health
• Proficiency in Psychological Assessment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide effective guidance and support
• Experience in conducting therapy sessions
• Knowledge of workplace mental health strategies
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
