Job Title: Medical Supply Chain Manager- Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
To take ownership of the MedSupply Services strategy and implement in country/countries of responsibility- To ensure the growth of the Medical Supply Arrangement services business through quality service
To manage the Medical Supply Arrangement Services provided to clients in the location
- To identify and manage suitable vendor/s to work with including but not limited to contracting with the vendor/s, manage the quality of services and carry out the appropriate credentialing & audits on vendors
To manage the timely delivery of Medical Supply Arrangement Services to clients (from the receipt of a Quotation Request, delivery to Client Invoicing). To ensure accurate and timeline invoicing to client and capture of cost upon completion of delivery.- To manage the accuracy and timely payment to supplier and invoicing our client
To ensure compliance to the Business Rules and all Processes & Procedures of the company.
- To arrange and support the Medical Equipment Calibration and Rental services for the country/countries of responsibility

- To manage the timely delivery of Medical Supply Arrangement Services to clients (from the receipt of a Quotation Request to the delivery to Client up to Invoicing)
Ensure that all items ordered conform to the Group or Regional Standard List or per client's requirement. Any purchase outside the Group or Regional Standard List is to be escalated to MedSupply Services Manager, Asia & SEA, for review.
- To comply to GAPP, Group Standards on Process and Procedures, Business Rules for Medical Supply Arrangement Services and new procedures implemented from time to time in delivering the Medical Supply Arrangement Services
To identify suitable supplier/s providing best pricing for our clients
- To contract with suitable supplier/s and manage the quality of services
To carry out the appropriate credentialing / audits on supplier/s annually- To ensure prompt provider payment to supplier/s upon fulfillment of the order per agreement terms
To maintain accurate tracking processes for all orders and monitoring of vendor/s service quality (Turnaround time, accuracy of orders. Product quality etc.)
- To build and maintain a positive working relationship with the supplier/s
- Medical Equipment Calibration and Rental services
To organize and oversee for the delivery of the Medical Equipment Calibration and/or Rental Services
To manage the services provided by the Global Shared Services to ensure accurate capture of cost and timely invoicing to client upon completion of delivery.
- To provide accurate and timely monthly report on Medical Supply Arrangement Services activity of the location
To lead and manage all supply executives to deliver the quality Medical Supply services and uphold the MS Strategy with full compliance to GAPP, Group Standard Processes & Procedures and MSC Business Rules.
Participate in the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace.
- Undertake all mandatory OH&S training as required.
Comply with any reasonable instructions, policies, procedures or safe work practices given by Intl.SOS in adhering to safe work procedures.- Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.

- Required Work Experience & Qualifications
Valid Pharmacy License
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience in related industry
Tertiary Education
Good spoken and written English.
- Travel / Rotation Requirements
* Limited travel regionally may be occasionally required.
