Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues and recommend resolutions.
Review company policies, marketing materials, presentations and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
Work closely with external partners, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure the successful execution of product development initiatives.
Ensure s that all products are registered with FDA.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; must be a licensed pharmacist in the Philippines.
A highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical principles and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with Philippine FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills
