As our Operations Staff and Licensed Customs Broker, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring seamless import, export, and domestic shipments. You'll wear many hats, from processing shipments and managing customs procedures to coordinating deliveries and keeping meticulous documentation.
- Here's a glimpse into your daily adventures:
Process shipments air, land, and sea like a pro!- Release shipments efficiently and get them where they need to be (think consignee warehouses, airports, and beyond!)
Mastermind the logistics trucks, boom cranes, the whole shebang!
- Become a customs whiz duties, taxes, and all that jazz are your playground.
Tackle outside ports like a champion (Cebu, Davao, Subic, Clark you name it!)- Be the information hub collect documents, manage collections, and get those rates!
Keep everyone informed with pre-alerts and electronic manifests.
- Prepare all the necessary paperwork Delivery Orders, Arrival Transmission Worksheets, you got this!
Secure those Container Yards for empty returns efficiency is key!- Classify items like a boss using the AHTN (Asean Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature).
- Do you have what it takes
At least 3 years of experience in the Customs Broker field- Communication skills that would charm a dragon
A Bachelor's degree
- A valid Licensed Customs Broker license (a must-have!)
The ability to multitask like a maestro and manage your time like a ninja- A customer-centric approach different personalities are no sweat for you!
