- Perform ocular inspection of the subject property/machinery as well as site inquiries (anywhere in the Philippines)
Data gathering and research- Cost estimation / valuation of property
Report writing
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering and a licensed Civil /Mechanical Engineer (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
REA License is an advantage.- Willing to work office-based and to travel for site inspection within LUZVIMIN areas.
Must be a resident near Makati City.
- Available to start immediately.
