Job SummaryResponsible for generating a fair valuation of the collateral property(real estate, motor vehicle, shares of stocks and other properties) offered by loan borrowers.
I. Evaluate received documents of property for appraisal.
II. Verify Authenticity and validate the following documents;
a. Transfer Certificate of Title/Condominium Certificate of Title secure a certified true copy from the registry of deeds.
b. Secure a copy of tax declaration and tax clearance
III. Schedule actual visit of the property.
Conduct actual visit of the property to check condition as well as the neighborhood.
Conduct a survey on the prevailing market rate within the neighborhood.
IV. Perform property valuation, in accordance with APPRAISER MANUAL.
V. Prepare Appraisal report.
VI. In charge of the following;
Registration of Real Estate Mortgage and Chattel Mortgage
Registration of Certificate of Sale (foreclosed properties)
Consolidation of Title in the name of the company (foreclosed properties)
Payment of Real Estate taxes (foreclosed properties and other company's real estate assets)

- Licensed Appraiser/At least 5 years of experience Appraisal and property

- Licensed Real Estate Appraiser

_Competencies and Skills:
_- Knowledge in spread sheet and word processor/software
Proficient in property appraisal and valuation
