- Graduate of Bachelor of Library and Information Science
Passed the Librarian's Licensure Examination or Republic Act 9246
- With Master's in Library Science or Information Management is a plus
Ability to think strategically and creatively as well as having an eye for detail- Excellent communication skills
Ability to use library management systems and other ICT software
