The Liason Officer is in charge of assisting the Human Resources department in liaising with the relevant government agencies on behalf of the employee government-mandated benefits transactions.
- Serves as the company's representative when relating to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, the Social Security System, and the Home Development Mutual Fund regarding the government-mandated registrations, updates, payments, benefits, and other matters pertaining to the employees.
Responsible for overseeing the online registration process for BIR updates, if required, and Pag-Ibig number- Prepares and submits the R1-A, or employment record, to the SSS.
Deposits the company's premium payments in banks or payment centers recognized by the government.
- Completes any other HR-related tasks that a superior may delegate.
