Job Description:- Responsible for the filing of all requirements needed by various government agencies in connection with the incorporation of new corporations, as well as procuring business permits, payment of taxes in connection with purchase and selling of properties, reportorial requirement, and etc.
Collect the papers and documents required in the course of registration and renewal of permits and other related documents by gathering the details, information, and data needed for application.- Responsible for the personal filing/mailing of all pleadings in various courts (RTC/MTC/CA/SC).
Encodes/types memoranda, letters, Deeds of Sale, Affidavits, Secretary's Certificates, pleadings and other legal documents required by the departments;
- Maintain the relationship with the Local Government Unit, Registration of Deeds, etc. with respect to the renewal and registration of properties with respect to the renewal and registration of properties by building good relations with the all the regulatory agencies.
Pay realty taxes for the Group's properties within or outside Metro Manila;- Monitor the status of permit acquisition, including the remaining effectivity and subsequent renewals.
Ensure the company Taxes are paid on time and all real assets are declared with the LGU.
- Secure and submit the application forms and checklists needed for the registration of new properties and payment of the real property tax due.
All other tasks that may be assigned to you.
Education: College Graduate in any course
Experience: Preferably with previous employment as liaison officer
