- Engage with various Government Offices such as Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Registry of Deeds (RD) & Assessor's Office (AO) for processing of titles and tax declarations for the Condominium Corporations.
- Handle transactions with the Department of Human Settlements & Urban Development (DHSSUD) document submissions.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of documents attached before processing to various Government Offices.
- Process annotation of Titles.
Assist the Corporate Legal & Compliance department with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in Real Estate.
- Previous experience in liaising with Government agencies or offices is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with government regulations related to real estate transactions if preferred.
