JOB SUMMARY:The liaison staff member serves as the primary point of contact between various departments, organizations, or clients, facilitating communication and coordination. This role involves ensuring smooth information flow, reducing misunderstandings, and fostering collaboration, particularly within the context of business operations in the Philippines.
- Communication Facilitation:
- Act as the main point of contact between departments, organizations, and clients.
Relay information and messages accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and activities involving multiple parties.
Ensure all parties are informed and prepared for collaborative efforts.- Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Address concerns and issues raised by any party and facilitate resolutions.
- Provide support and guidance to ensure collaborative success.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of communications, decisions, and action items.
Prepare regular reports on the status of projects and activities.- Document best practices and lessons learned for future reference.
- Problem-Solving:
- Identify potential issues and conflicts and work proactively to resolve them.
Facilitate discussions to find mutually acceptable solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Support Services:
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
Assist with the preparation and management of budgets, if applicable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a liaison, coordination, or similar role.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in [specific industry or field, e.g., BPO, manufacturing, government relations].
- Knowledge of local business practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Fluency in additional local dialects or languages.
- WORKING CONDITIONS:
